Cappuccino Chocolate Soft Serve

Ingredients

  • 3000 gr. fat free milk
  • 1 bag PreGel Cappuccino Splenda Super Sprint
  • 260 gr. PreGel Cacaopat Traditional Paste (Chocolate – Unsweet)
  • As desired PreGel Coffee Crunch Arabeschi (Coffee & Nut Crunches)

Method

  1. Combine the first three ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2 – 3′ using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in the soft serve machine and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Decorate with PreGel Coffee Crunch Arabeschi (Coffee & Nut Crunches) as desired.
