Method

  1. Place the bacon strips on a rack and bake in an oven at 190 °C for seven minutes.
  2. Flip the bacon over, brush PreGel Five Star Chef Pineapple Pannacrema Pastry Compound generously over the bacon.
  3. Place bacon back in the oven for seven more minutes.
  4. Flip the bacon over and brush again with PreGel Five Star Chef Pineapple Pannacrema Pastry Compound.
  5. Place bacon back in the oven until desired crispness is achieved.
