Vanilla Birthday Cake Gelato Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 pan PreGel Vanilla Gelato
• 1 box waffle cookies
• as desired rainbow sprinkles

Method

1. Scoop PreGel Vanilla Gelato in between two waffle cookies.
2. Roll the sides in rainbow sprinkles.
3. Freeze until firm.
4. Serve when ready.
