White Chocolate Coconut Crunch Bar

Ingredients

  • 350 gr. white couverture, 34%
  • 250 gr. PreGel Cocco Snack Arabeschi (White Chocolate Coconut Crunch)
  • 100 gr. dry cranberries
  • 100 gr. dry blueberries
  • 80 gr. crispy rice cereal
  • as needed PreGel Gran Stracciatella Reale Arabeschi (Chocolate Chips)

Method

  1. Temper white chocolate.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Press into desired mold.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30′ to allow to set
  5. Remove from mold
  6. Place in freezer before dipping.
  7. Dip bar in melted PreGel Gran Stracciatella Reale Arabeschi (Chocolate Chips)
  8. Allow to set.
